Product Owner - People Systems - UK

NHS Property Services are seeking a Product Owner to be part of their journey during a major digital transformation. 

As a Product Owner you'll be responsible for maximising the return on their strategic investment in a product by promoting a more efficient and increased use of their HR & people systems by improving the functionality of the platform and associated processes. 

You'll have accountability for driving the strategic roadmap while working collaboratively with customers and colleagues to ensure stakeholders are engaged in the process of capturing the 'what' and agreeing with the order of the 'do' whilst also ensuring the product roadmap is aligned. 

Responsibilities 

• Play a leading role in the strategic use of the product 
• Own the product roadmap  
• Participate in defining the governance framework 
• Create user stories 

Requirements 

• A good understanding of product management
• Prior experience implementing new HR and people systems 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of CRE/property management
