Change Manager

About the Role:
Our long -standing partner, NHS Property Services is seeking a Change Manager to lead the project transition into BAU operations by focusing on the people side of change. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, this role ensures a smooth transition by identifying impacts, engaging stakeholders, and preparing the business for proposed changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive change management project workstreams and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Project/Programme Manager and \sponsor to conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analyses.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for project stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and engagement through regular updates and tailored communication content.
  • Support the seamless transition to BAU operations by addressing challenge areas.
  • Work with the training manager and Subject Matter Experts to develop training strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to PMCOE best practices across projects and programmes.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in change management delivery.
  • Experience in Agile development projects.
  • Proficiency in overcoming resistance to change.
  • Expertise in documenting as-is and to-be processes.
